The Grange

The Grange

This iconic house is located at Ocean Grange and offer exceptional Lake and Ninety Mile Beach experiences.

The main house has the commercial kitchen, prep kitchen, walk in cooler, dining and sitting room. The dining table seats about 20 people. Immediately out the door that that goes to the garden is another bath room and toilet that is the most convenient to the main house.

The back house has six bedrooms. The largest has a king size bed in the back corner, the room next to it has two singles that perhaps could be joined together as a double bed. There are two bedrooms on the side with four single bunk beds in each room. Off the kitchen are two more bedrooms each with queen beds. The kitchen is there with a stove and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. No clothes dryer. There is the tower for the worlds best view of the area.

The flats have a bedroom with a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a small room attached with a single bed ideal for a young child. Beside it is another bedroom with a queen size bed and another shower and toilet bathroom. It also has a small room attached like the one beside it. It currently does not have a bed, but it would be very easy for us to put a single bed in there again for a young child if it was necessary. The end room has a single bed and would share the bathroom with the middle bedroom.

The pool is salt water and solar heated. Our maintenance man will come over every two or three days to check out things and clean the pool. He could also available quickly if there is a problem of consequence. We would make sure that the water tanks are full, the gas tanks are also full, etc. At this point the Grange runs like a clock.

The Grange sleeps 20 in comfort.

Guests are required to bring their own linen to houses (Linen hire available - please enquire)
