Metung Holiday Villas situated on the original site of the Metung Caravan Park, reflects all that today's visitors expect from a twenty first century holiday accommodation complex. Opened in 2005 it offers a complete range of villas to suit all families, also catering for friends who enjoy holidaying together with several custom designed "Luxury for Couples" villas. The rates recognise all family budgets and provide extreme value for money without detracting from comfort and luxury for its visitors.

The owners have retained through careful landscaping, the beautiful native trees that were the hallmark of the original park, and these blend perfectly in the overall layout. Easy access through this spectacular complex is by fully sealed roads and paths that lead you to your self contained and air-conditioned villa with its own car parking area.

Christmas	7 Day Min Booking (20% Surcharge applies for bookings of less than 7 days)	18th December -31st January
Seven day minimum booking applies from 19th December until 25th January

Long Weekends	3 Day Min Booking (20% Surcharge applies for bookings of less than 3 days)	As per Government Gazette

Extra Person Tariff
Villas	$15.00 per. night
Luxury Villa	$25.00 per. night

Deposits:
Normal Periods - the equivalent of (1) nights tariff, with the balance due on arrival
Peak Periods - the equivalent of (1) nights tariffs, due within (7) days of booking.
With the balance of 50% of the total tariff, due (3) months prior to travel, any outstanding balance is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 14 days notice:

You will receive a full credit less a service charge of $35.00. Alternatively your deposit may be transferred in full to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking.

Less than 14 days notice:

Full deposit is forfeited

Peak Times:

Cancellations advised within 90 days of booking date will be subject to a cancellation charge or forfeiture of full deposit/payment if we are unable to relet the full period of the booking.
