This delightful self contained cottage has exceptional views of Bancroft Bay either from the cottage or the expansive front gardens and lawns. Ideal for a couple wishing a peaceful retreat close to Metung Village in either summer or winter the cottage has a Queen sized bed, lounge room, dining room and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and frypan. There is a BBQ to enjoy that outside dining experience. A breakfast of cereal, fruit juice and bacon and eggs for you to cook can be provided for an additional charge.

Tariffs:
CHRISTMAS 7 night minimum $1050 per week
EASTER 4 night minimum $150 per night
LONG WEEKENDS 3 night minimum $150 per night
NIGHTLY (1 night)   $160 per night
NIGHTLY (min 2 nights)   $150 per night
WINTER NIGHTLY (min 2 nights)   $140 per night
       
 

Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25 – 50% (depending on length of stay) is required to confirm all bookings. A credit card number is required as security. Balance is payable on arrival.

Refunds and Cancellations:
A booking fee of $70 will apply regardless of whether the property can be re let or not. If the property is re let the deposit less the booking fee will be refunded
