This 2 bedroom cottage is located centrally between Metung and Lakes Entrance close to the shores of Bancroft Bay amid a beautiful rural setting that offers pleasant walks with fantastic views of the Gippsland Lakes and Ninety Mile Beach. A short stroll to a childrens beach, or do some fishing in Bancroft Bay. Quiet and peaceful for that rural retreat the family can enjoy. Appletree Cottage is in an established garden, where you can enjoy breakfast with colourful native birds on the sun-filtered patio.The cottage is fully self contained - a comfortable family room complete with TV adjoins the modern, country style kitchen. Appletree Cottage has a bright main bedroom with king-size bed, built-ins and a cathedral ceiling complete with ceiling fan. Access to the property beach is a via a secluded pathway, only one minute's walk away. There are two cottages. Wildwood Homestead is quite close to Appletree Cottage, separated by trees and shrubs - ideal for two families, if so desired.

Guests are required to bring their own linen to houses (Linen hire available - please enquire)

Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25 – 50% (depending on length of stay) is required to confirm all bookings. A credit card number is required as security. Balance is payable on arrival.

Refunds and Cancellations:
A booking fee of $70 will apply regardless of whether the property can be re let or not. If the property is re let the deposit less the booking fee will be refunded
