“The Beach Retreat” - Water Access Only

Situated meters from its own little beach on Bancroft Bay, this architect designed three bedroom beach house has accommodation for 6-8 with two queen size bedrooms and a bunk room with four beds.

Located on the “Island” with a private jetty, The Beach Retreat is only a couple of minutes cruise opposite Metung Village. This eco friendly house is solar powered (with generator backup) on a one acre natural bush block.

The house is very comfortable and features great outdoor living space on the large deck overlooking the water, a fully appointed kitchen/pantry, open fire, gas heater, TV,DVD/CD and ipod connection.

Guests are required to bring their own linen to houses (Linen hire available - please enquire)

OFF PEAK (winter)	week	$1750	per week
WEEKEND & WEEKNIGHTS OFF PEAK	2 nights minimum	$500	per 2 nights
EXTRA NIGHTS OFF PEAK	per night	$250	per night
