Tariffs:
CHRISTMAS	7 night minimum	$1400	per week
EASTER	4 night minimum	$200	per night
LONG WEEKENDS	3 night minimum	$200	per night
NIGHTLY (min 2 nights)		$175	per night
WINTER NIGHTLY (min 2 nights)		$175	per night

Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25 – 50% (depending on length of stay) is required to confirm all bookings. A credit card number is required as security. Balance is payable on arrival.

Refunds and Cancellations:
A booking fee of $70 will apply regardless of whether the property can be re let or not. If the property is re let the deposit less the booking fee will be refunded
